In ihrem Doktorat in künstlerischer Forschung untersucht Barbis Ruder Körper-Objekt Schnittstellen. Anhand einer Auswahl von Kunstwerken wurden die Beziehungen und die Interaktionen zwischen Körper und Objekt performt, erspürt und analysiert.
Im Rahmen der Präsentation werden die Ergebnisse der Forschung vorgestellt:
- Die Publikation Barbis Ruder: Work – Cycle Body inklusive der reflexiven Dokumentation Sensual Instruments and Performative Processes: Relations and Interactions between Body and Object
- Die Installation „Lean In“ mit dem sinnlichen Instrument „Little Friend“, ein Kunstwerk das von Betrachtenden auch benutzt werden darf
- Eine Anwendung von Performativen Prozessen im Rahmen eines Workshops das Body-Object Intersection Lab:Die Körper und künstlerischen Objekte werden in Bewegung und schließlich in Berührung gebracht

In her doctorate in artistic research, Barbis Ruder investigates body-object interfaces. Using a selection of artworks, the relationships and interactions between body and object were performed, sensed and analysed.
The results of the research will be presented in the context of the presentation:
- The publication Barbis Ruder: Work – Cycle Body including the reflexive documentation Sensual Instruments and Performative Processes: Relations and Interactions between Body and Object.
- The installation „Lean In“ with the Sensual Instrument „Little Friend“, a work of art that can also be used by the viewer.
- An application of Performative Processes in the context of a workshop the Body-Object Intersection Lab: The bodies and artistic objects are brought into movement and finally into contact.
